Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Cost
We currently offer free standard shipping on FitScoop orders within the United States.
3. Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery is typically 7–12 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, address issues, supplier processing, weather, holidays, or other events outside our direct control.
4. Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.
5. Delays
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us through our contact form. If we cannot ship your order within the stated or legally required timeframe, we will notify you and provide available options, which may include waiting for the shipment or canceling for a refund when applicable.
6. Lost Packages
If tracking indicates your package is lost, or if your order has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, contact us through our contact form. We will review the order and may offer a replacement or refund when eligible.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will try to help, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund unless the package is returned or supplier protection applies.
8. Third-Party Fulfillment
FitScoop works with third-party fulfillment partners to ship orders. Packaging may vary slightly by supplier batch.
