1. 90-Day Return Window
We offer a 90-day return window for eligible orders. To start a return or refund request, submit a request through our contact form with your order number and details of the issue.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us through our contact form within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and your order number. If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
3. Lost or Non-Delivered Orders
If your package is lost or not delivered within 30 days after shipment, contact us through our contact form. We will review tracking and supplier protection options and may offer a replacement or refund when eligible.
4. Change-of-Mind Returns
For non-defective products, items must be unused, clean, and in original condition to be eligible for return. Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may not be approved for:
- Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse
- Items returned without contacting us first
- Orders with incorrect addresses entered by the customer
- Normal minor packaging differences
- Missing or depleted batteries unless a working battery was explicitly included in that order
6. Battery Note
FitScoop requires 1 CR2032 button battery. Battery availability may vary by supplier batch. A missing or depleted battery is not considered a product defect unless the product listing for that specific order clearly stated that a working battery was included.
7. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on the payment provider and your bank.

- Reason for request
- Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
